Shipping rates and times
The shipping rates from Israel to all around the world are free.
We ship worldwide with tracking number. We ship directly as soon as we receive the payment.
All orders over 60$ will be sent by express mail - The service is provided to the following countries: United Kingdom, Germany,Denmark, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Greece, Japan, Norway, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, France, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, United States, Austria, Australia, Italy, Ireland,Belgium,Brazil.
Estimated delivery time for most destinations: 5-7 business days, estimated delivery time to Australia and Hong Kong: 10-12 business days.

Packing
We will do professional and careful packing, you will be able to receive your items safely. We packing all our orders with care using bubble wrap, special cardboard box, window box for miniatures, and styrofoam pieces.

Easy Return policy
Dear customer,
If there are any problems with your shipment, we apologize.

In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please enclose a copy of the order as well as a description of the mistake or return explanation.

If there is any damage in the package that occurred during the shipment, please show us the defective item/s, and we will refund you the full amount. ( The customer does not have to return the item or the parcel ).

If the items and their original boxes are in the same condition as shipped to the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw the purchase within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel.

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, once we get the parcel and we verified the state of the items (models, miniatures), Universal Sale Collectibles engages itself to refund the value of the items or to replace them.( according to the customer's choice )
